Transitional Living Program

Shelter, Inc.'s Transitional Living Program (TLP) is a program for adolescent boys ages 17 through 21.  TLP provides a home-like setting where residents advance their education and learn to work and live in the community.  TLP offers a safe and caring environment while preparing residents to be increasingly self-sufficient as they continue their growth towards adulthood.
