For her Bat Mitzvah, Sloane wanted to help new mothers and their babies at Shelter, Inc. She came up with the idea of newborn baskets filled with everything a new mom would need: pacifier, diapers, wipes, swaddle blanket, onesie and much more. With the help of some friends, she assembled over 40 baskets to be distributed by our Healthy Families Home Visitors and Foster Care Case Managers.
