Our many volunteers recently pulled out their paint brushes and helped paint our Development and Healthy Families offices. Volunteers play a vital role at Shelter, Inc., many of whom volunteer and give their time and skills to support Shelter on an ongoing basis. For this event, we had over 30 volunteers that helped spruce up our office and made this project a huge success.

What a difference these volunteers have made for us!  We could not do what we do without them.  Special thanks go out to Chicago Glue & Machine, Johnson Controls, Zurich, Madden and Blue Grace for encouraging their employees to volunteer. We also want to thank two of our extraordinary volunteers, Larry and Carol Collins, who collectively donated over 30 hours!

A fresh coat of paint gave our office staff a whole new outlook and made a huge difference in office morale. They appreciate the hard work and dedication of our volunteers.  The success of this project reflects the dedication and enthusiasm that our volunteers display on a continual basis.  On behalf of Shelter, Inc. we thank you for giving us your time, we truly appreciate each one of you!
