Shelter Youth & Family Services Welcomes Two New Board Members: Tom Drake and Angela Santello

Arlington Heights, IL — October 21 — Shelter Youth & Family Services, a leading child welfare agency dedicated to providing safety, stability, and support to children and families in crisis, is pleased to announce the addition of two community leaders to its Board of Directors: Tom Drake and Angela Santello.

Tom Drake has built a career combining leadership, strategy, and community service across corporate, association, government, and small business sectors. He has served as CEO for clients of Association Management Center and SVP at Edelman Worldwide and is currently a Partner at DLG Consultants, Inc. Tom is actively engaged in civic life as Past President of the Arlington Heights Park District Board and a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, and began his career as a congressional staffer in Washington, D.C. He holds an MBA from DePaul University and is active in initiatives supporting children, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.

Angela Santello is a seasoned Commercial Banking Officer with over a decade of experience in portfolio management and client services. She is known for her skill in providing strategic financial solutions and building strong client relationships. Angela brings a deep commitment to her community and family, reflecting the same dedication and care that define Shelter Youth & Family Services’ mission to support children and families.
